1. Organizer
This promotional contest ("Contest") is organized by Desert Cubs Cricket Academy LLC, United Arab Emirates ("Desert Cubs" / "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
- The Contest is open to residents of the UAE.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate and to redeem any prize.
- Employees of Desert Cubs and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period
- Start Date: 16th April 2026
- Closing Date: 29th May 2026 (11:59 PM UAE time)
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:
- Like the official contest post on Desert Cubs' social media page
- Tag at least one individual (parent/player) in the comments
- Submit their prediction of the IPL 2026 winning team via the official Desert Cubs website
Only entries fulfilling all the above criteria will be considered valid.
5. Winner Selection Method
- Participants who correctly predict the IPL 2026 winning team will be shortlisted.
- If multiple correct entries are received, winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Desert Cubs.
- In the event of fewer correct entries, Desert Cubs reserves the right to select winners based on timing of submission or conduct a draw at its discretion.
- The Organizer's decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. Prizes
- 🥇 1st Prize: Two (2) months of free coaching
- 🥈 2nd Prize: One (1) month of free coaching
- 🥉 3rd Prize: 50% discount on one (1) month coaching fee
Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Coaching is subject to availability, scheduling, and standard academy policies. Non-members who win must purchase the official Desert Cubs training uniform to commence training.
7. Winner Announcement
- Winners will be announced on 1st June 2026 via Desert Cubs' official social media channels and/or website.
- Winners must respond within 5 days of notification; failing which, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Parental Consent (For Minors)
For participants under 18 years of age, participation and prize redemption is subject to written or verbal consent from a parent or legal guardian. Desert Cubs reserves the right to request proof of such consent at any stage.
9. General Conditions
- Desert Cubs reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these terms.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, entrants agree to allow Desert Cubs to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Liability
Desert Cubs shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays in submission. Participation is at the entrant's own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
